How do they open it?

You get a link like surpriselink.ng/for/their-name. Send it on WhatsApp or anywhere. It opens on any phone or laptop, no app needed.

How long does the site stay online?

One year from delivery. Two weeks before it ends, we’ll remind you, so you can keep it longer or plan their next surprise.

Can I add our favourite songs?

Yes. When you order, type up to 3 songs with the artist (Mini includes 1). The first one plays the moment they open the site, and the rest play right on the page. No downloads needed.

Is the secret letter really private?

Yes. The letter is locked and scrambled with the password, so only someone who knows it can read it, not even by peeking at the page code. Just keep the password between you two.

How do I pay?

Pick your package and extras on the order page, add a discount code if you have one, and pay the exact total by card, bank transfer or USSD, secured by Paystack.

What if I want changes?

One round of changes is free. Extra changes after delivery cost ₦1,000 each.

Do you keep my photos?

Only to build your site. We delete the originals 30 days after delivery.

Can I use photos of other people?

Yes, as long as you have the right to share them. That usually means they're your own photos, or the people in them would be happy to be included. When you order, you confirm this. If anyone in a photo asks us to remove it, we will.
